I recently bought a house that had solar panels installed by SERS. After the purchase we did notice one of the panels not working. I contacted them to have the warranties transferred to us and reported the issue to them. They took care of the issue even though it was related to a squirl chewing one of the wires. Very honest easy to work with.

I have called numerous times which results to voice mail and left voice mails for a call back which I have not received.
The SERS Team is Friendly, Professional, Detail oriented and good at what they do. Only negative was dealing with the City of Dallas and they did all the work. 5 Stars
Had a great experience with this company. They helped work me through a warranty issue with the inverter manufacturer. Communication was clear, open and respectful. They took care of all the interaction with the manufacturer and did a great install. System working great again. Thank you
