Easy to schedule around work, friendly but professional and actually care about why you use the product. Good info sharing.
My practitioner was polite and on time. Asked about my condition, but didn’t ask about pain levels. Also, never mentioned what my allotment would be. And hurried through the process. I think the whole telemedicine call lasted less than two minutes. They didn’t use the video and never said why. It felt impersonal. But, it was approved.
The process was easy for the renewal. Best of all: the staff outstanding. They helped me with the process.
Quick & easy. Would have been a 5 star but I didn't receive a text link for the meeting. I got a call from a private number 10 minutes before the appointment & lucky I answered the call & had the doctor verify herself.
