I spent 5 hours there to find out what I already knew and got charged $135 and then was told it wasn't covered under my warranty because I missed it by one day. They wouldn't work with me on anything. It was a .8 of an hour job.
My customer service experience with Julie the service advisor was amazing. The facility is very neat and clean with a nice waiting area with free WiFi and clean restrooms. Everything was great and dandy including my free car wash until I checked the engine bay. This is a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan That I took in for its first 10K oil change, there was oil residue throughout the oil change service area and a puddle of oil right below the oil filter.
