Green Valley Water has some great employees that promote business development. Kelly is great, Jake is great, etc!
My bank account was frozen due to a computer hack. Took about 10 days for new bank account to open. Green Valley was considerate and understanding. Will wait til all is settled out.
The person I spoke was rude and impatient did not appreciate her tone. It wasn't until I mentioned it to her did she change her tone. I don't think she realizes the impression she makes. Not a good representation.
Update: Happy 4th of July. Still waiting for that call from you amazing people. Update: 6/25/2022 still waiting for that phone call. Totally unamazing company and staff. They charged me for sewer for the 1st Quarter of 2022 when no one used the property. Now they charged me a late fee because I shorted the payment by 1 quarter. Need to file compaint with the ACC. Update 6/22/2022: It's been a week since they were going to call me. Haven't heard a peep....
