Believe the bad reviews - check Yelp. If you make an appointment here, expect to wait 30 to 45 minutes minimum. They do not respect the pet owner's time, in fact they make you pay $75.00 to insure you show up, then they do not show up. They do not have kindness towards animals. My 15 year old dog shook and panted for 45 minutes and they didn't care. My heart is crushed and broken in pieces because of the mistakes made by GVVC and the Vet on March 10th 20 21 when I took my little dog in with an appointment to get a pain shot and x-rays. They allowed him to suffer for two and a half hours until I made it very clear how upset I was. Absolutely piss poor customer service. I've addressed my dissatisfaction not just about the front desk staff, but also about one of the veterinarian as well on a couple of occasion but apparently it did not matter to these people; not having brought multiple pets (6 dogs) year after year also did not matter. Not calling back after having left messages. Repeatedly put on extended hold then disconnecting the call. Coming up with excuses. Almost every single time I try to make an appointment this happens.
