Recommendedlove coming here with my rats and dog. When I first got my dog, she was heart worm positive and had a very painful treatment somewhere else. I was a worried wreck seeing my girl acting so strange and in pain. I called here in tears and they got me in right away even though it was the first time going there. they Helped Koda ( who is extremely fearful and unsocialized due to past neglect) and treated her soooooooo well. Beyond highly recommend Dr. Mathews and her entire staff!!! The first time I met her I had to make the hard decision of putting my beloved dog down. She was incredibly supportive during that time. Fast forward two years later, and she’s the only vet I’ll have take care of my pets, three dogs and umpteen cats!
Dr. Mathews and her staff are WONDERFUL! They are caring for us humans as well as our loved animals. Dr. Matthews is very knowledgeable.❤️
Green valley staff is the best! Our whole family including our parents and grandparents recently transferred care of our dogs to green valley after seeing how kind, thorough and easy to work with their entire team is. They are easy to schedule with, we were able to get a same day appointment and then schedule dental procedures the next day. They even sent pictures of our dog after surgery and kept us posted through out the day. So happy to have found them!
Our Boxer Mackenzie was having some issues all the sudden and our normal vet wasn’t in the office. Green Valley was able to squeeze us in and get Mackenzie taken care of. Everyone was super nice and prices were very reasonable. We will be taking all of our dogs there from now on.
There are not enough good things to say about the staff here!!! They go above and beyond not only with knowledge, but care they TRULY care about you fur children, but you as well! I’m a tough one to please let alone impress and these people take the cake!!! Dr. Mathews is an amazing veterinarian and she will make sure you understand why things need to be done instead of just preforming test and handing you a bill later. Very personable and makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. Troy is lucky to have her!
