I am not sure if they changed owners but the guy my mom talked to goes by Martin. During the free estimate appointment my mom asked to see a copy of their contract so she can read and review the terms and conditions and look up their credentials. Martin told her that she cannot get a copy of a contract until she has agreed to give them the job (which make no sense). She trusted Martin and decided to give him the job.
