GVT has been a loyal place for me to come to therapy. Over the past year, the office staff has been polite and friendly. They always answer my questions quickly and thoroughly and making sure I get the information I need. The offices have always been clean and quiet. I have been with Michelle the whole time and she is very sweet and kind. She has helped me tremendously. I always looked forward to therapy with Michelle. 10/10 all around :)
I am very disappointed. I was told when making reoccurring appts that they took my insurance and there would be no issue. 6 sessions later i get my first receipt and it’s $158. I cannot afford $158 dollars a week. They did not inform me if there was an issue with my insurance and charged me that. x 6. Now, i’m in a huge financial hole of owing them close to $1000 dollars when all of this could be avoided if they have informed me they would be charging me that much, and I had to option to cancel all appointments. I had acupuncture with Penny and it was superb! I have been doing acupuncture for years and I really appreciated the time Penny took to ask questions about my lifestyle and make recommendations based on my goals. The treatment itself was expertly done in a very peaceful and serene environment. I highly recommend all services from Green Valley Therapy- they are top notch!
