I am beyond disappointed with the complete lack of safety and professionalism at this recreation center. There have now been two separate incidents involving my children while they were under the supervision of their grandmother, and both situations point to a serious failure on the part of your staff. In one incident, my son was physically assaulted by another group of kids. They allow unsupervised children run around the pool and bully other children. Extremely poorly ran recreation center. We will never go back
