The staff was extremely friendly and are attentive when things need to be replaced. There is alot to do here. They have a basketball court, swimming pools, gym rooms, lockers and other events they do. The prices are very affordable and it's in a great location!
It’s a nice pool to be chill I. However the life guards can be mean sometimes and have no paciencia.
When I was gonna go to the rec center, we decided to go walking because it’s really close to my house and then when we first got there it was really full and there was a big line and this White chunky lady told us told us that her and the people that were inside the saying the lifeguards they want safety break and they leave this couple in when they didn’t have my Denver card and she screamed at us and told us to leave but she let everybody else get in but she screamed at us with an attitude. Do not recommend rude customers service , we were going to the Pools this white chubby lady working in front let everyone else in and told me and my family that we couldn’t go in and let someone in with no rec card … since last time we went she’s had attitude and screamed at my kids. Highly rude .
The customer service agents are not updated and have enough information regarding the training session specially in swimming class and not trying to be helpful
