It’s been 3 years and I’m still dealing with items from my 30 day walk through. I currently have an unfinished wall and they won’t pick up the phone nor reply to email. STAY AWAY! You’re better of with Classic or any other builder for that matter.
Homes are built very very poorly. The only reason I bought this brand new home is because I hate maintenance issues but these homes are build very bad, cheapest pipes,electric system,AC, lumber, woods, everything is giving me problems every day. This costs lots of $. I am very disappointed for buying this home.

Prior to moving in the process and agents are attentive and ready to answer questions. After, during the warranty phase, things change. Minor warranty items were somewhat easy to fix, even if it did take several weeks for work to be started. Larger items are significantly more difficult. The lots behind me were landscaped by Oakwood, or their sub-contractor, and as such irrigation started almost immediately with the spring.
