PRO: the people GVR Landscape hires to do the installation are some of the hardest workers I've watched. They do the absolute best with what is given to them. CON: GVR Landscape is definitely the lowest bidder for Oakwood Homes. In a year, the mulch they installed has broken down and I'm going to have to lay landscaping fabric (which was never installed under the mulch) AND new mulch. This company is trash. They install a lot of the homes for Oakwood Homes, planted trees that died not even a few months after planting so I look at 13 dead trees everyday around my home, I’m looking at 58 dead Karl Forrester grasses up my block and around my home. Quit trying to take on work you can’t complete efficiently. This quality of landscape is a waste of money and man hours. Stop installing this trash to make a buck off us homeowners.
