They have only been to the house twice, so far so good! I can tell you that Elizabeth has been absolutely fantastic with communication- this is the first time I have ever used a pool cleaning service and I have had SOOO many questions and she has been great at answering all of them! I also really love how we get a breakdown of what was done with photos! Had them for almost a year for regular services. There was times they would only clean the pool for less than 5 mins although you pay for 30 minutes sessions. Consistently didn’t fill chlorine although the tablets were on hand. They would try to charge me for things that I never requested. Overall terrible experience not worth the price.

We have gone through several other companies in the past 11 years and for one reason or another have had to make changes. Earlier this year we stumbled onto Green Valley and what a relief this was. This is an excellent pool company, and they take pride with keeping your pool clean and service. All employees are kind and courteous. It's a pleasure to deal with them.
