They have only been to the house twice, so far so good! I can tell you that Elizabeth has been absolutely fantastic with communication- this is the first time I have ever used a pool cleaning service and I have had SOOO many questions and she has been great at answering all of them! I also really love how we get a breakdown of what was done with photos! Top notch so far
