We have had the pleasure of working with both orthodontists, each took the time to explain the treatment process in a way that was clear for us and reassuring for our child. whatever you do, only see Dr.Weeks. The new doctor is kind of aggressive and i’ve noticed while i was there he never washed his hands between patients, just changed gloves.
The waiting area & restroom needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. The new Thursday doctor and staff hand hygiene practices are concerning; furthermore, discussing patient information in the waiting room compromises HIPAA privacy standards. I will only continue to bring my child in on a day I know Dr.Weeks will be there with his staff to assure myself the best care & cleanliness will be used.
I recently brought my nephew in for an appointment last Thursday and I felt compelled to write a review after what I witnessed. The treating doctor, while working on patient took his phone out with his gloves on and responded to a text, to then proceed to continue working on that patient.Our phones hold a huge amount of bacteria and I could not believe what I witnessed. I relayed this to my sister and told her to never see that doctor again.
Green Valley Orthodontics is fantastic. I am so grateful to have found Dr. George and Dr. Weeks for my son. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. They are always diligent and helpful. We are lucky to work with them and can't wait to see our son's beautiful results! July 9th, 2025- Ian had to come in for an emergency wire adjustment.
