They have five open rentals. I emailed, inquiring about setting up a showing. No response. Called. No response. Emailed corporate. No response. Called corporate. No response. Called and emailed local site. No response. Called again. Explained I have three months and $30,000 and could pay them an entire year's worth of rent, up front and in cash, and that I had no criminal record, no pets, no evictions and not so much as a late payment on my record. Fire the new management!! Absolutely ridiculous that phone calls and emails are never answered and managers are never there during open hours!!! Manager leaves early because of being "overwhelmed". Pretty sure you're not doing your job if you are leaving hours early, not coming in at all, not answering phone or email. Everyone here is having this issue with them!
AVOID. Do not move here. A large corporation bought this community and raised the lot rent significantly. Since the change in ownership, the cost is no longer affordable for many disabled, elderly, and low-income residents. This community was previously affordable, but that has changed under the new ownership. I would not recommend moving here.
