My daughter and I moved there around August, the second I stepped into the apartment for the first time I was hit with a wave of the smell of human feces. The manager said it was just normal wear and tear. I shampooed the carpet 7 times and the smell did not go away my 10 month old at the time had no choice but to crawl on the soiled carpet. Green Valley Manor had been a nice 1st apartment when I moved to Creston. The carpet and appliances had been in good shape. The management had been easy to talk to. I appreciated my cute little apartment.
