My roommate scheduled an appointment and he was not notified when they didn’t come. When they called back he told them he didn’t want to do business because they didn’t tell him they weren’t coming that day. I am now getting quotes and was going to go with them, as I didn’t know this was the same company and I am not opposed to giving companies second chances. Made an appointment and it had rained the day before but on the day of my appointment they no call no showed. An employee tried to call 5 days later and I explained that it was unprofessional to not call and that 5 days after the fact was absurd so I did not want to do business with them. Rude and unprofessional.
