Green Valley Landscaping (Kingston, NY) spoke very highly of their professionalism but we have seen the opposite. Their scheduling promises are merely lip service. They have ignored months of urgent requests to complete the first phase of their work, for which they were paid in full long ago. Worse yet, a second phase of work was promised at the same location. Of the three landscapers we asked for quotes,Green Valley was the only one with a great design and a timely response. While not inexpensive, a great quality job for the money.

Good solid company. These guys took the time to make sure the job was well done. We live in Kingston NY, a small upstate town in Ulster County, Green Valley has done a really good job.

Update on deck work reviewed 11/2014: new deck steps are now warped and cracked, 1 year after built.

They have absolutely terrible customer service, from the rude receptionist to the rude workers and the extremely rude owner Avery. My boss hired this company and the workers blow all the dust, sticks, dirt and rocks on your car without a care in the world. Like hey sure I'd love to pay for all the scratches and paint dings you just did to my car. In fact they have a smug look on their face while they do it.
