0/10!!!!!! I lived here for five years. I have a 800 credit score and never been evicted. I always followed the rules. Not a kid friendly place. Your kids can be well behaved and still all the old people have issues with them. Mean mugging etc and they will even yell at them for riding bikes when they are doing no harm. A couple years ago, they made me get rid of a dog I had for a few years that I told them I had and even turned it in to them and was paying monthly to have them. I never got my money back. This place is the pure definition of small town hands on service. Nikki is an absolute sweetheart and Brad is awesome too. I am in no way compensated for this review and I always call everything as I see them good or bad!
