We are highly suspicious of physical abuse to my father at this facility. Several workers at that facility reported to family members that some of the aids were really "mean" to my father. They fear losing their jobs if they reported anyone. My father was sent to hospice and the nurses wanted to know what happened to him because of the many bruises they found on his chest and groin area. My sister was there for three weeks, she had told me that they take forever to come when she turns the light on. They do not have an entercom system to be able to know what the patient needs, even in an emergency. My sister was found by the evening nurse unresponsive and in a pool of blood, maybe if someone had checked on her sooner she may still be here today. They did nothing for her, she told me that herself. She was only 50 years old.

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There's not enough information on the website to make any kind of valid evaluation. The staff was business-like and courteous when I called, but said the business office would have to call me back. It's still to early to tell. The facility is too far from my home to visit. You need to have pictures and more information on the services.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Was this provider late to your appointments?
