Hired to remove paint from trim, baseboards and door jams so we could stain original wood. They said in writing they would get ALL paint off so it was “stain-ready.” Took twice as long as estimated and they did half the job and poorly. They gouged the wood in some places, left chemicals on the wood and got the stripping remover on our floors and painted walls. They also scratched up our 100 year old hardwood floors beyond repair.
