Told by clerk (by phone) that I had a UTI and had to take an antibiotic. Asked to talk to doctor. Told "Doctor doesn't talk to UTI patients." Never heard from doctor. Another doctor told me that I'd never had a UTI. I cannot recommend this place!
If I could choose 0 starts I would, this place is terrible. they are assigned to me by my insurance. I was in the ER over the weekend, am told my gall bladder is bad an HAS to come out. My insurance requires me to get a referral from PCP before I can go to the surgeon even tho ER already tested me. Scheduling dept at GV fam practice tried to schedule my visit 2 weeks out.
