Exceptionally clean, friendly, eager to help! Smelled great when I walked in. Did an excellent job.
Nothing in this place works. First washer I went to use, I was told by another customer that it didn’t work, so he saved me some trouble. The first two dryers I went to use, I was told by another customer that THOSE didn’t work, so she also saved me some trouble, but then I loaded up two different dryers and they wouldn’t take my quarters. I had to unload and go to different dryers, one worked fine, the other one got an error message on the screen as soon as I closed the door, so I had to unload a third time and find another... read more
Anyone looking to start a business in Green Valley? PLEASE open a new laundromat. This place is run down, many of the machines don't work (you're taking a chance putting your money in), floors are dirty, glass and seals in the machines are dirty 🤮, carts don't wheel around and are rusty. So bad. I'm shocked that they don't have debit card machines. Standing there loading $8.75 into the large machine is taking years off my life. Half the quarters don't drop in and you have to hit the machine to get them to drop. Every time I... read more
I can't express how bad this place was. We washed on a Sunday morning and there was no access to the bathroom.. Apparently, the bathroom only works Monday through Friday. Then half of the machines were out of order. And, the notice was so small that you didn't see it until you already had loaded your clothes. Also, the laundry carts don't roll. You have to drag them across the floor. For the ridiculous price you pay, $4.00 for a small washer, one deserves a lot more.
