Sadly the management there was very rude and unprofessional. First moved in and found a problem put in a work order and they took it off. Texted me saying they will charge me more because I don’t know how to close a window. Even though the window was BROKE would not shut no matter how hard someone tried… Also someone tried to break into my apartment and messed up my lock. Visually it’s a nice place. No bugs or anything but the manager and most importantly the owner are some of the most inconsiderate money hungry people u have ever spoken to in my life. We lived in two of their apartments. The first one was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. It was me my husband and our toddler who was 1 at the time. As toddlers do, she was messy and there were a couple stains on the floor that we couldn’t get up with a carpet cleaner. The current property manager has very poor communication skills which is VITAL in any real estate business. She doesn’t seem to care about building relationships with the tenants and/or guests. I vehemently do NOT recommend renting under this property manager.
