Green Turtle Fiberglass sold my nearly 90-year-old mother a $10,000 pool refurbishment blanketing her with a **** of paper she did not understand and could barely see. She initiated a waiver of leak inspection because she believed she was paying to seal all the leaks. You can guess what occurred. The water leaked out, the company is preaching dogma about their contract and an elderly woman on a fixed income is out money to pay her ad valorem. We had a terrible experience with Green Turtle Fiberglass. From the beginning they were trying to get extra money from us. Said our skimmer needed $6,780.00. There was nothing wrong with our skimmer. We had a leak in our pressure gauge they would fix it for $1,200.00. We had it replaced for $100.00, with our pool service Co.  They did the finish on the pool when we had heavy rains through out the day. 2.5 years ago, I contracted with Green Turtle Pools (GT) to resurface my 96-year-old dad's pool. They removed the surface, added fiberglass and painted the pool with a premium epoxy-based paint. The process cost me over $14,000 and the finished product looked very good. However, after 2.5 years, the painted surface is cracking, and the paint is peeling in numerous locations.
