One of the worst self storage companies I have ever dealt with. The manager, Cheryl, is one of the rudest, nasty people I have encountered. They will be very accommodating when you call to set up storage, but after that - her hours are 9am-10am M-F. If you are more then 15 days late, you have to pay in Cash - they will not accept a check (regardless if you have never bounced a check with them) and she will not make accommodations to meet you outside of her 9-10am hours. Good luck ever finding management at property office! They never return calls, answer written communications, etc. You might as well write-off your security/cleaning deposit as well! Security on the premises is non-existent! The entry gate isn't even locked!
