Working with Charlie was straight forward. He came when he said, kept in communication with us about details of our build. His employees are respectful of your property, cleaning up after themselves. Building is high quality with attention paid to details. His company and work are his legacy and your project will be treated like it was his own. Quality doesn't come cheap, and you absolutely get the quality you pay for. Would highly recommend. Building is 40x64 with 12 foot lean-to. 10x10 garage doors.

We wanted to replace our poorly constructed garage with a pole barn. We did some research and spoke to a few builders and then we met Charlie Cann and saw one of his buildings being finished. The materials and construction methods he uses in his buildings is far superior to anything else we have seen. We chose to use his recommended subcontractors and we are glad we did. If you're thinking about getting a pole barn, we would highly suggest using Green Tree Pole Buildings. Charlie made the whole process so easy from start to finish. Charlie and his crew are very professional, organized and very knowledgeable. They have a very good technique, and we couldn't believe how fast the structure went up.
