I have been going to GTM for a few years now and I only have good things to say. Dr Carissa has been great with my children and myself and the ladies at reception are always very welcoming and even know me by my first name! Highly recommend from someone who has moved around the country and experienced a lot of doctor clinics. It took me 3 clinics in Brisbane to find this one and even though we have moved away I still visit here when needed. Thanks team!
GTM has been nothing short of a fantastic GP Clinic! The reception staff are warm & friendly and have gone out of their way numerous times to fit in an appointment that suits my schedule (thank you Jodie, Gloria, Angela & Vicki!) I have seen Dr Caressa & Dr Julia multiple times and have received excellent advice regarding my health care - I sincerely appreciate the time they have both spent with me. The nurses are also wonderful (thank you Lyn, Maree & Tracey!) I confidently recommend this clinics services to all
Practice doesn't charge as per the website. I have to pay out of pocket $110 for long consult with Dr. Pete of 20-30 min because Item no. 54 was used. Their website says Medicare rebate is $85. Not only that we were told that we would be bulk billed we were not and practice manager Donna was dismissive saying its misunderstanding. Very unethical money grabbing practice. All I did was ask for help from Philip Parker My faith in GP’s and the medical system has been aggressively demonised due to Phillip Parker. Over 4 years of therapy was needed in order to realise I wasn’t at fault for the treatment I received from Philip. Philip claims to be an expert in veteran heath, care and treatment to help veterans that suffer from PTSD. I received no such treatment here from Philip.
