The people in that area do not deserve a clean, well-managed mall. Just tear it down. Why? Because the scrubs that live in Clarksville are some of the most unsophisticated shoppers I've seen. They leave 50-60 toilet seat covers stuffed in toilet bowls, booger smeared even on the hallway walls...used paper towels everywhere on the floor 6 INCHES AWAY from the damn wastebasket.
