They were able to offer an appointment next day and were transparent about pricing prior to visiting. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable!
My dog Letty loves all the friendly faces here, she typically has no issues going right in or walking with the vet techs, especially her favorite Deja who is fantastic and so sweet with her and her nervous mama.
I really had high hopes for Green Trail. I brought my furbaby April here in February. The receptionist is so amazing! It did seem they were really eager to have me sign off on the estimated charges for the visit. My concern is the fact that I received a call regarding my cats blood work. I was told she’s in early stages of CKD. The person who called to give me her results couldn’t answer any of my questions. My mom recommended Green Trails and it was such a great experience! It is my husband’s and I’s first puppy so this was all new. My puppy was nervous coming into the room but all of the staff made him comfortable with treats. I also got lots of helpful information on vaccines, neutering, etc. thank you!
