Update: dropped mower off in July. It's October next week and still not a single word from these part timers Lol wish I could have gotten a heads up it would take at least an entire season before I can get a quote on my tractor. Don't deal with these guys. In the past they were great but not now. I had been buying and having them service my equipment for many years. Last time I took my 2 Tractors in they did work without asking me. I asked them about it and they lowered the invoice for the unauthorized work. Just got off the phone with them they insinuated I didn't pay them last time. Run don't walk away from these clowns.
