I don’t usually leave reviews—positive or negative—but after dealing with Norm, I had to share my experience. I called to arrange a pick-up and drop-off service and was told it might take weeks before they could get to my tractor. To my surprise, just 7 days later it was delivered back to me—fixed, spotless, and with a very fair bill. In today’s world, it’s rare to find service where they handle everything from pick-up to drop-off and still deliver on quality and price. These guys deserve a 10!
Very helpful! The service department helped me to diagnose the problem with my E130 lawn tractor, the parts department sold me right parts. 20 minutes total!!
