We were reluctant to shop here because we had heard some unfortunate things from family about other Green Tractors locations. We initially shopped at Home Depot and selected a John Deere there to purchase - but the employees at Home Depot were so unbelievably rude and unhelpful that we decided to try Green Tractors instead. I can't speak highly enough about Steve at Green Tractors Omemee! If you're looking to buy anything John Deere, he’s the man to talk to. Friendly, down to earth, and honest, Steve takes the time to understand your needs and will steer you in the right direction. Highly recommend!
I have been here a 3 times since I have moved . I always believe in supporting local business. Unfortunately I have not had a good experience. I use to always go to green tractor Orono. The guy from parts (Scott) had Sold my wife two different tires for our lawn tractor and then gave her a hard time when we returned one of them . Scott was very nice over the phone when I had currently ordered a part for my snowblower. I needed a gear box shaft that connected to the impeller and he ordered the shaft that connected to the auge... read more
