Got my lawnmower fixed. No issues.
This place doesn’t even deserve this one star, I give them a 0 star rating. Their customer service screams I don’t care about having your business. Neil and Matt are very dismissive and rude. Save your time and find somewhere else to go.
Horrible service. They just don't care if they get your business or not. Phoned in May to have my John Deere tractor picked up (for $150!), taken to the shop and fixed. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks wait time. I called in 3 weeks to see where I was in the queue. Was told someone would have to call me back. Nobody did. It's now July. These guys are literally slower than watching grass grow. In the meatime I taught myself how to troubleshoot John Deere problems with YouTube videos and solved the problem myself. Please avoid going to the service department—especially if you have to deal with a service advisor named Matt. The service experience was extremely disappointing. Matt was rude, dismissive, and full of attitude. He seemed completely uninterested in helping and acted like he was being forced to sit at the service desk. In my opinion, someone with his attitude should not be working there—he reflects poorly on the reputation of the Green Tractors establishment.
