Last August(2024), I had major work done on my old 265 Garden Tractor. Recently, the clutch stopped working again. I was very concerned that this happened, especially, having all this work done on it. The dealer promptly picked-up the tractor for service. They assessed that there was some issue with the clutch and a wire connector malfunction. The internal service invoice to fix this issue was $360.88. After hearing that the X350's were on promotion I went in Thurs May 29. I asked about any active promos and the Sales Rep was adamant there were none, I figured my promo info must have been wrong, surely the actual John Deere Rep would be aware. I asked about delivery and was told $80 is min charge (I am only 5km) but the sheet the rep hands me says delivery is $60.. Where is $20 discrepancy?
