First and last time I'll come here. Just an oil changed, tech Guillermo 392 didn't tighten oil filter and caused a massive leak. They also did not even perform the inspection i paid for, they marked green several items i knew for a fact needed attention. I will be expecting a refund as soon as they reopen. Completely unacceptable service. Especially considering it is a more expensive oil change than most other places. They failed every step of the way. Do not come here or any other Green service lane.
Worse than zero stars. This place is the worst I have ever encountered and I mean ever! Every single thing about them is awful. I will drive as far as I can to avoid Green Toyota Service Department.
3 weeks to get in to get a oil change
Customer service was terrible. I went in for regular service and to address a few recall issues. The quoted time was 3.5 hours, but my wife had to call and get a status after approximately 6 hours. Upon arrival, I inquired about when the work was actually completed to which I got a snippy, "I don't know." After asking to find out, the actual "service advisor" came over and was defensive with a hostile tone. Upon asking why he had a hostile tone, he said he did not.
