Service Department is lacking. Dropped of vehicle at 10:30 am for an update, 1.5 hr max job. Five hours later gaps to call and see if it was completed. No communication and the understanding of appointments and time is lacking.

Due to issues related to an oil change, I was offered a complementary auto detail "inside and out" for customer satisfaction. Toyota service would send a man to pick up my car, complete a safety recall and then detail the vehicle before returning to my home. Well, the recall work was completed but the car was returned to me rather than to the scheduled detailing. So a new appt. Was made for today. I was told it would take 45 minutes.
