Good, clean, and very cheap place to stay in Seattle When I forst moved to Seattle from Chicago, my friend and I weren't able to find a decent place for cheap to stay. After staying in a weird and dirty hostel in Capitol Hill, someone suggested we try the Green Tortoise downtown. We instantly felt at home!
