I normally do post about things. I will in this case. I found this place online to work on my old mower they did not want to work on it because it was an older mower. After they worked on the mower and I picked it up it was worse that when I took it to them! They would even fix or look at the mower to see if it could be fixed!! Bad customer service!! Do not trust them!!
Lawn mower wasn't pulling correctly. So I took it to Newton. Upon dropping off mower, I was told it was probably a transmission problem. 45 minutes later, after the mechanic checked it out, I was told, "Yep, the transmission on one side was not working. Might as well buy a new mower for cost to fix it." Picked up mower and took it to a friend who looked it over. He is a small engine repair mechanic with many years experience. Sorry service behind the counter. Do we drop off a piece of equipment without getting a notice of receiving. Basically giving it away. They want to replace a weedeater carburetor instead of cleaning. 19 bucks 2 years ago. 90 now. WhT a Joke!
Got my kids a brand new four wheeler that never really worked. Every time I took it back to be fixed they kept it for months without even fixing it. I wouldn’t refer them to no one!
