This place used to be great. Great service and all. Now they can’t open on time, nor answer the phone and are very rude. I bought a scag mower from them years ago and was looking at maybe getting another one but I will carry my Busniess else where. Bout like everything else in newton just going downhill.
Stopped a while ago and asked for a certain length and width belt. Parts person wouldn't even try looking it up. VERY POOR SERVICE. Will never stop again!
I normally do post about things. I will in this case. I found this place online to work on my old mower they did not want to work on it because it was an older mower. After they worked on the mower and I picked it up it was worse that when I took it to them! They would even fix or look at the mower to see if it could be fixed!! Bad customer service!! Do not trust them!!
Lawn mower wasn't pulling correctly. So I took it to Newton. Upon dropping off mower, I was told it was probably a transmission problem. 45 minutes later, after the mechanic checked it out, I was told, "Yep, the transmission on one side was not working. Might as well buy a new mower for cost to fix it." Picked up mower and took it to a friend who looked it over. He is a small engine repair mechanic with many years experience.
