No communication between the business and homeowners when they were coming to mow. They are misleading with their information, and Josh is quite rude. I would not recommend. I got their services because I'm going through chemotherapy and wanted a back up to mowing my own lawn, in case I felt badly. I was told I could text to get on the list for when I was feeling poorly. Came out to our house for a quote. Ghosted us after, just tell people you don’t want the job.
We showed up just after they closed and a guy who was on his way home, told me to he could get us our mulch. And he did with a smile. Good customer service!
We couldn't be more happy with the work Mike and his staff did at our house. They all became like family.
Great place!
