Very knowledgeable about plants and friendly! Helped us with our pond needs and also let us feed the Koi!
They have almost anything you need for your pond rock plants fish pumps ect. Very friendly staff.
Im not very impressed with the plants I had gotten. I got there early in the day and near the end of our visit i asked for some of the beautiful Fairy Moss they had displayed with the water lettuce (first photo). Its was around $5 for a bag of it and I said that was fine. I was expecting to go to the front area where it was and collect it by hand since I had seen the same thing done with another customer. Drove in to the parking lot after driving an hour to get there. No one else but me. An employee outside working never gave me the time of day or asked if I needed help in any way. I’ve owned my own retail business for 30 years and never would allow an employee not to greet or help a customer. Got in the car and drove an hour back home. Won’t go back.
I can't say enough good things about Green Thumb Water Garden Center!
