Drove in to the parking lot after driving an hour to get there. No one else but me. An employee outside working never gave me the time of day or asked if I needed help in any way. I’ve owned my own retail business for 30 years and never would allow an employee not to greet or help a customer. Got in the car and drove an hour back home. Won’t go back.
I can't say enough good things about Green Thumb Water Garden Center! This is a wonderful family business! Mark Gibson And Marlena Murphy's parents started Green Thumb many years ago. Mark and Marlena have carried on with the family business. Great for all your pond needs. Beautiful plants and various koi and other goldfish. The pond designs they design and create are Top notch! However. I have heard many complaints from friends.
