I spoke to Steve a few months ago when I was in full panic mode. I did not end up needing his services (luckily the problem stayed at the hotel we visited) but he was so kind and helpful. Thank you for the incredible customer service.

Hi, I just wanted to say that Steve and his crew from Green Thermal Solutions are a fantastic company. My Dad who is a senior, currently living by himself ( we lost our mother in June of 2025), had discovered he had a bed bug problem. Unfortunately he didnt know the exent of the issue and they had multipled quite quickly. I called Green thermal solutions after looking through a few places . I needed help with an issue and I couldn’t find anyone to help me. I called Green Thermal Solutions and talked to Shay. She went out of her way to help me! She called me back with a name of a technician who was willing to personally rectify the situation. I can’t imagine what I would have done if Shay did not call me back. What a wonderful person and company to deal with. I highly recommend Green Thermal Solutions.
