This company exceeded all expectations from the initial phone call to the follow up. Steven is incredible answering all our questions even on sundays and holidays.He is always available to explain bed bug worries in a very professional knowledgable manner .Mark did the heat treatment and was very courteous and efficient.A pleasure working with him. All in all on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being excellent I would rate this company and their employees a 10++++++.

I highly recommend this company.just recentñy had my whole house treated and i finally am bug free. This is the very best company to go with. Steve came to our house and was very proffesional. explained everything in great detail. He is very friendly and answered all my questions. He does not pressure you and gi es you great advice.

My wife and I had a nightmare of a situation happen to us, where we rented a home on the east-end, and almost immediately noticed a bed bug in the home. Truly a company worth every star!! I was in a full-blown panic, and Steve was so kind and thoughtful and made me feel so reassured. He came out right away, helped me understand what I was dealing with (which turned out to be a way lesser problem than I originally called about thankfully), and walked me through next steps. All quotes were super reasonable and were matched with such an amazing level of service. They live up to every review and I’ll definitely be keeping them in my back pocket :)
