On time and courteous
Dave came out for emergency service within a half hour of the call. Water heater replaced same night. Great service and technical know how!
They came quick and did remove the clog, but they charged $400 for 5 minutes of work. I would recommend a different plumber unless money is no object and you are okay with waiting.
