In the beginning, their first visit was May 10th or 11th, 2022, they were good, came each week.Then in Jun and July 2022 it was very hot and dry.They came July 7 and cut it, then they came the next week but I stopped them from doing it as everything was brown and not worth the $163.85 they charge me for each cutting. I talked to the fellow and told him that we could easily go every 2 weeks now, and if it got too unruly that I could call them. Have not seen or heard from them since. We had hired someone else to do lawn cutting for the season. Sadly they were unresponsive and unreliable… and our lawn became a mess. I literally stopped my car to talk to Dan on the roadside as I’d seen him consistently showing up at a neighbors. Glad I did! Turns out Curtis (owner) lives a few doors down from me - and he does most of the neighbors lawns. Our lawn was a disaster as it hadn’t been cut in almost 7 weeks. Called to ask if they were taking new customers. Yes. Said they would drop by to see what had to be done. Didn't show. I called again and was asked to email what I needed done. Sent a comprehensive email. No response. I called again and asked again if they were interested. Absolutely. They would come by that day before 3pm. Again no show. Haven't heard back. Speaks volumes as to the integrity of the ownership and their customer service. Don't waste your time.
