Not sure the boss knows what he's doing. His company didn't do the job right the first time. It took a week to reschedule the next appointment which was canceled 30 minutes before the scheduled time. We called for an explanation, the lady at the reception was kind, polite and professional. She directed us to the man she called the “boss.” The boss was like: what do you want? I want to thank Dwayne (Green Team Drains) and his team for his excellent work. On Sunday January 28th our water heater broke down. Water was leaking all over the basement floor. I immediately contacted Dwayne to ask if he could replace the water heater. He recommended that I purchase the water heater and he would pick it up and install it. We discussed the installation cost and within an hour they were at my home removing the old water heater and installing the new. Company is awful to deal with. First they showed up at my house without notice, and the receptionist told me she “thought she discussed it with me.” After I worked that out I asked the plumber, who was very nice by the way, if the agreed upon work would be completed that day. I was directed to call the office to get a confirmation on that. Company is not dependable. Waited for them to come to house and they never showed up. They told insurance company they came but never showed up. We rescheduled again yesterday and still another no-show. Called the receptionist and she said they have a lot going on and are busy. Hell, I got a lot going on too and I work and had to stay home twice to wait for a company that didn't show or call. Not professional at all!
