My first time visiting and first time ever applying for a card, and everyone was great! McKie Delahunty had a lot of helpful information and walked me through the steps and process. I can tell that he does care about his patients. The receptionist was kind and helpful. A lovely team!

Unprofessional experience with McKie Delahunty. He was redundant, accused me of having conditions I did not, and kept me for 40 min, I told him he was repeating himself, that I understood. I told him he was making me uncomfortable. He kept going. I told him quote "This is like a form of torture. You are repeating yourself, i told you i understood, im clearly uncomfortable. Unable to maintain compliance with medical documents. Unprofessional. Treats patients like criminals. This company acts like a scam. Aubrey is unkind, and incapable of responding to questions. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving a review until I had completed my renewal through another organization out of fear of them trying to take my medical card if I posted publicly about being unhappy with their services. One of the most inept, dysfunctional, inconvenient places to ever get a medical card. You leave a few messages, no reply. You try to renew but the last doctor is gone? Have fun trying to schedule something on their broken website. Save your time, money, and find a group of doctors who care about your health and wellbeing rather than just a difficult process to take your money. 2/10 rating is being generous.

The receptionist was the absolute worst to deal with. The text communication was lousy at best. And there was no follow up. I’m extremely frustrated with this part of my visit! If the receptionist hates her job, or take pride in being less than professional was the job description. She wins. I’ve reached out multiple times with little to no response.
