The receptionist was the absolute worst to deal with. The text communication was lousy at best. And there was no follow up. I’m extremely frustrated with this part of my visit! If the receptionist hates her job, or take pride in being less than professional was the job description. She wins. I’ve reached out multiple times with little to no response. I was very relieved to now be able to manage pain without pills & to perform normal activities that i once enjoyed. My Dr was so sweet, & understood exactly what i was expressing. Im glad i had such a good experience i would highly recommend this option

Absolutely horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my renewal but they failed to tell me my appointment HAD to be with the same doctor as before. When the time for my appointment came, they canceled it without letting me know and had me waiting over an hour for a canceled appointment. I've since left several voicemails and text messages and they refuse to respond. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the owner and that request was also ignored. I've been going here for years now. They make the process of getting your medical card as well as renewing one super easy!! Jessica Stearns is very friendly and made me feel comfortable about any questions I have! Would definitely recommend!!
