I've been going here for years now. They make the process of getting your medical card as well as renewing one super easy!! Jessica Stearns is very friendly and made me feel comfortable about any questions I have! Would definitely recommend!!
I was very relieved to now be able to manage pain without pills & to perform normal activities that i once enjoyed. My Dr was so sweet, & understood exactly what i was expressing. Im glad i had such a good experience i would highly recommend this option
Absolutely horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my renewal but they failed to tell me my appointment HAD to be with the same doctor as before. When the time for my appointment came, they canceled it without letting me know and had me waiting over an hour for a canceled appointment. I've since left several voicemails and text messages and they refuse to respond. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the owner and that request was also ignored. Had a great experience at first. After coming back from vacation, I realized I never received my email to pay the state fee to renew my cannabis card. I only reach voicemail when I try to call to ask for this to be resolved. Have not had a response yet to my emails. My appointment was over two weeks ago and I paid my visit fee at the time of the appointment. But I need my application approved so I can pay the state fee and receive my card. I have been asking to have someone from Green Team Doctors to reach out to me for several weeks as I have some questions. I have yet to receive a call. Last time I had to renew my medical card, I had a lot of issues as well. The owner reached out to me then. It really shouldn't be this difficult to be able to speak to someone to ask questions that aren't available online.
