Absolutely abysmal company. My A/C went out completely in Houston during the summer, with > 100 degrees outside, and my house was an oven. I was told by my landlord to call them, and when I did, they told me they were too busy and to call again in the morning. I called back at 8:30 AM, and they promised they'd get it done today.
