went in and asked for the $35 pedicure. they did not disclose the extra $13 for gel nail polish. With tip i sent $53 and they left my feet looking insane. could’ve just painted them at home for free
I'm a customer there, but yesterday I had a bad experience. The person who started serving me was rude, and even when she was polishing the acrylic with her machine, she grabbed my finger, which is still visible today. She also filed my nails rudely, so I had to ask for a different person. I'm Hispanic, so maybe she didn't like me. They should look into this type of behavior, which undermines their reputation.

Mandy, my nail technician, is a delight! She was incredibly thorough with my nails, cleaning out my cuticles meticulously and ensuring an even application of builder gel. Her attention to detail and reassurance throughout the process made me feel comfortable. I wasn’t satisfied with the color I chose initially, so I returned the next day with my personal gel polish in the desired shade. She patiently removed the old color and applied my new one.
