President Green Tea is my daughter's favorite Chinese restaurant. We have them on speed dial for those nights when nobody is cooking. They deliver in the immediate area (not certain of radias). But I like calling ahead ordering my Orange Chicken, and having it waiting for me at the drive thru. Always hot, always tasty.
Best chinese around... You can't sit down. It's a drive through resturant. But it is the best Chinese I have had in a long time. Thier lobster lo mein is the best I have ever had. The employees are always sweet and the food is always hot and ready to go when you get there (if you call ahead). The prices are reasonable and they are known for giving a "freebie" or two if you stop in to see them. It's my favorite spot on any night of the week and I could go back again and again.
