Does anyone know if Green Summit Contracting went out of business? They renovated two of our bathrooms a little over a year and a half ago. Overall, they did a great job. Communication was really strong to begin with but trailed off as the projects went along. We have a few things that need fixing that are included in the 3 year warranty, one of which I have been unhappy with from a few months after the project ended but have not been able to get in touch with them in the past 6 months to fix. I hired Josh Berry for a home remodel project and provided a $10,000 down payment on March 23. Since then, communication has completely stopped. Josh Berry took our 20,000 dollar deposit and the company ghosted us. He knew the owner, Mitchell Navarro was in jail and that the work would never be started.
We recently hired Green Summit Contracting for two full bathroom remodels, interior painting and repair work on an outdoor shed. We’re very pleased with the results. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, punctual, and highly detail-oriented. The tile work in the bathroom is fantastic, and the paint job really refreshed the rooms. The shed looks great as well. They kept the work area clean every day, which I really appreciated. I hired Green Summit for a chimney repair, along with painting and staining my backyard porch. Josh was great to work with and took the time to explain what was going on, including some rotten wood that needed attention and the paint colors, which I appreciated. The work was done efficiently and turned out well. Communication throughout the project was solid, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would be happy using their services again for future work.
