I had my vehicle serviced at Green Subaru yesterday, and received stellar service! From the moment I arrived to my appointment, until I walked out of the door, all associates were extremely kind. Every person I interacted with was very polite, and professional. The service scheduled was properly executed in an timely manner, getting me in and out quickly! Explanation of services was clear, to the point, and easy to understand. Thanks for a wonderful experience Green Subaru!
I messed up on appointment time. They were gracious. My greeter, Damian, is amazing. I’ve had his attention the last 3 visits. I drive an hour to come for service here and will always do so.
Lucas did an EXCELLENT job helping me. I’ve had average to poor experiences in the past with Green, but Lucas (most recently) and previously Austin have both been superlative. So I left very pleased with the work done and price paid.
