Only one person in service was wearing a mask. Although the service garage is open, it is not the same as being outside, and people were not 6 feet apart. Customers and staff came out of the indoor waiting room without masks on. Seems pretty inconsistent with the so-called Subaru "love promise." If I didn't have to get a recalled part replaced, I would have backed out and gone back home. I will not be taking my car back there.

Stay away from their service department. I had my brand new Crosstrek towed there last Sunday night. I live in Chicago, so I really didn’t have much of an option but to leave it there..very unfortunate circumstance for me. I have called and had to leave messages with the service department and even with the Subaru manager. Never had a live person answer the phone. Here it is,Saturday, and still no response on the status of my car. Crazy!!! Never experienced such horrible customer service.
we have tried to get our car in for recall work 4 different times to get the work done, with no luck.
I highly recommend Green Subaru,the staff is very friendly and my salesman Julian has been working with me for months to find the perfect car with good mileage and a price I was looking for. He is great!! Not to mention they have free cookies every morning! I 10/10 would recommend going to talk to Julian he is Awesome!!
Julian is a trust worthy man, we have been in the market for probably over 2 years looking for the right car that we wanted, and he tried to find us the cars that we were interested in but it didn't work out on our in, low and behold this man calls us on a saturday, shows us the car, and by tuesday him and his team got us in the car! very impressed! hats off to julian Rogers and his team! — with Nicole Watson.
I recently purchased my 2019 Subaru Forster from Green Subaru and I absolutely love the car and experience I had at the dealership. My salesman, Todd Nabb, took grate care to my needs in a new vehicle purchase. Originally, the Forster wasn’t on my list of vehicles to test drive.
